Davco K11 Flex

Davco K11 Flex is a flexible 2-part acrylic-modified cementitious waterproofing system. The 2-components of Davco K11 Flex react chemically after mixing to forma hard and elastic film which bonds tenaciously to most concrete or masonry substrate to protect against possible ingress of water. Davco K11 Flex can accommodate slight movement of structure and can be used as a repair material for bridging cracks in substrate or cracks due to shrinkage up to 2mm wash. Davco K11 Matryx

Davco K11 Matryx is a cementitious waterproofing system which protects and waterproof concrete structures by crystallisation. The active chemicals react with moisture in the concrete resulting in crystalline formation within the pores and capillary tracts of concrete thus waterproofing the structure against penetrationof water and other liquids from any direction. Davco K11 Matryx gives a strong and lasting waterproofing protection against dampness and ground water hydrostatic pressure. Basements; Wet areas; Tunnels; Underground garages; Planter boxes; etc.

Davco K10 Duraflex

Davco K10 Duraflex is a single pack, water based, high build waterproofing membrane for the sealing and long term protection of exterior surfaces. The coating combines a high degree of flexibility with considerable cohesive strength and water resistance. Davco K10 Duraflex hasthe ability to absorb considerable substrate movement and to bridge developing cracks.

K10 Polyurethane Plus

K10 Polyurethane Plus is a low VOC flexible single-pack waterbased polyurethane waterproofing and sealing membrane which is capable of curing in approximately 4-8 hours depending on the number of coats and temperature. It is ideal for waterproofing of facades, terraces, balconies and wet areas, Ideal for waterproofing of concrete roofs including walk ways and planter boxes and is for internal and external use. It is a tough flexible membrane film which eliminates the need fora reinforcing layer, auitable for external areas of waterproofing subject to ultra-violet radiation and environmentally friendly as it does not give off fumes or gases which will affect health.
